Program Description

When you place a voice call to one of our published business phone numbers — including our product demonstration line, which operates under the demonstration brand "Demo Heating & Air" — and your call is not answered, you will receive automated SMS text messages from us responding to your inquiry. Messages may include answers to your questions, quotes, appointment scheduling, and related follow-ups about the inquiry you initiated. When you call, our voice greeting states that we will follow up with you by text message; by remaining on our line after this notice and receiving our follow-up, you consent to receive these messages. We only send messages to phone numbers that have first called us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by conversation. You will typically receive between 2 and 10 messages per inquiry.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard charges may apply to messages you send and receive as part of this program.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To resume the service, call our number again or reply START.
